Company History

LLC GluvAudit is part of Holding Company G.R.S-Group and was registered on 18th May 2006.

The idea of establishing a specialized firm belongs to Financial Board of G.R.S.-Group. The purpose of establishing a given company at Phase I of its development was transfer of functions of a large number of G.R.S.-Group accounting departments into a central accounting department of Financial Board of G.R.S.-Group with further organization of a specialized accounting audit company.

Phase II was marked by an organizational consolidation of the company itself in the framework of G.R.S.-Group. Company goals were determined, a strategic development plan was adopted, business processes were prescribed, the company structure itself was under development, and the package of services was updated.

Development Plans

According to the Plan of Strategic Development for a period of 2009 to 2012 approved by the Executive Committee of G.R.S.-Group on 18 December 2008 in 2009 our company enters the market of accounting and auditing services and financial consulting in three regions: Central, Urals and Southern Federal Districts.

Additional offices in Yekaterinburg and Bronnitsi (Moscow Region) were opened in the 2^nd quarter of 2009.

Opening of additional offices in Krasnodar, Sochi and Yaroslavl is planned for the 4^th quarter of 2009.

On basis of economic situation analysis in Russia and Europe a decision was made about intensive development of consulting services in the field of enterprise risks management.

A separate department of risk management has been formed in the company since 01 June 2009.
